Not us. SGS — Société Générale de Surveillance, a Swiss inspection company since 1878. Their whole business is checking other companies' products. We pay them to find problems.

253 regulated substances — lead, BPA, phthalates and more. Europe's list, because Europe's rules are stricter than US law. Same product, higher bar.

We name every material — even the unfashionable ones. Our best-selling comb is bamboo reinforced with Bakelite, a hard resin that makes it shower-proof. Others call that "all natural." We call it what it is — and show the lab report.

It started with hummus. In 2013, Oren tried to import it. The hummus never made it to market — the obsession did.

Ten-plus years in supply chain followed: railroads, domestic freight, global logistics and customs. Careers' worth of bills of lading and inspection certificates. In that world, nothing moves without documentation.
